I began my Real Estate career as a sales associate 30 plus years ago in the same office now I am a broker. My experience as an investor, builder, and developer nationally and internationally, helped me to grow fast as a Realtor. With the help of Real Estate educations such as ABR, CIPS, CRB, CRS, GRI, SRES, TRC, E-PRO, I had the opportunity to train more than 200 agents for the past 28 plus years. For 20 years I have also concentrated on short sales and pre-foreclosure sales and I became a “Short Sale Expert”. My reputation as an aggressive, successful negotiator and a trusted advisor kept me in the business through referrals and sold thousands of residential & commercial properties. I have achieved several awards such as the Centurion award, Masters award, and Gold awards from Century 21.
Besides my busy Real Estate career, I spend time with a few charity organizations locally and internationally. Serving Yonkers Rotary Club as President Elect and Director. Also serving as Overseas Director for Ashraya Charitable Orphanage in India.
